Bars ease road trip South Carolina to South Forida

The morning was awesome! I have experienced amazing stuff that I haven’t experienced for years! My belly is full with a yummy breakfast that was cooked by a potent being. An American size cup of coffee (European translate this as a huge cup of coffee) dancing in my body… I’m good to go for my 8 hours drive!

I had mixed feelings about my road trip back from South Carolina to Miami, but the unexpected wonderful morning was like a happy fuel for me to go. The first couple of hours went fine, the sun was shining and my body’s enjoying the afterglow of the morning.

I was looking forward to my stop at Ft Lauderdale where I can hug my Access friend in person again. We’ve met in Costa Rica 2yrs ago; she opened her arms with a big smile and was so happy to meet me. My reaction was “Giirrrll, what are you doing? Do I know you??? I don’t think so!”.

To make a long story short: somehow we become friends and stay in touch.

After 5 or 6 hours drive I got a text from my friend in Miami where I’m headed to. I stayed at her family’s house and she knew that I was on my way. Only a few people knew my American phone number so I choose to see who sent me a text and read the text when her number’s showing.

“It’s cancer”, was the text. My friend received the diagnose and shared that immediately to me. I knew it’s cancer before I heard the diagnose from her, I got that awareness when she texted me days before that the pain in her throat was something serious. Even with the knowledge that it is indeed cancer, it wasn’t easy for me to swallow this info and I tapped into her Universe.

Suddenly the GPS added 2 more hours to my destination in Ft Lauderdale, how did that happen? I didn’t take a lot of breaks and ‘obey’ the GPS!

It started to rain, pondering like crazy and my eyes were watery too. The highway roads in The Netherlands were made with some kind of substance that sucks rainwater, so you get less splashing water from the ground up. These roads in the USA had not that substance, it was like battling through a wild waterfall to see clearly what’s in front of me. A hurricane of emotions came into my body and I got stuck in a traffic jam. Drama and unease were showing everywhere, even the music on the radio emphasise the drama.

I wanted to cancel my meet up in Ft Lauderdale and drive straight to Miami! But somehow that idea made my Universe more heavy and darker. I started to stay on my original plan and asked the Universe for more ease for the rest of the trip.

My body started to relax when I arrived at my Access friend’s house in Ft Lauderdale. I didn’t need to say much, she could perceive my energy that I wasn’t in a happy place. She ran my bars and facilitate me with a verbal process, my body started to release more and more.

How can I describe how the session was? Hmm…

The bars session gave a “me time” for me and my body…

The bars session nurtures my body, to relax more and more …

The session was looking at what happened earlier without any judgment…

The session gave me possibilities to change, my emotions or what I would like to change my point of view about this situation…

I’m so grateful for the bars session and her kindness! I gained more space in my Universe and in my body, I was happy again as you can see in this picture 🙂

When I arrived in Miami I was so relaxed, I could talk to my friend about the news she told me without any drama. There was space for other stuff too, like me sharing her a little bit of my adventure in South Carolina and the story of the signal of buying a pineapple there 😉

May I ask you…

What is in your world right now that is so cloudy? Go have your bars run please…

What drama is in your world right now? Go have your bars run please…

What if a 60 min or 90 min session can bring more ease into your life?

How’s my friend in Miami doing? She is in the process of finding the ‘right’ treatment.
